I ordered several items such as Cow Milk, Cow Ghee, Organics, and Natural Honey will I receive all of them together?

Yes, you will receive your entire order together. If, however, some items are not available at the store, you will receive an alert in your Notifications section.

I got a message saying my order was delivered but I haven't received anything. What can I do now?

Do check if somebody else has received the order on your behalf in your building. If not, please get in touch with us at info@sanjeevaniagrofoods.com or on our Customer Care number 135-4150929 along with your order details and we will have it addressed! We apologize for the inconvenience caused!

I have received my order, but a few items are missing. How can this be addressed?

We apologize for this. We take the utmost care in ensuring that your products reach you in great condition with no mix-ups or omissions. But, in the unfortunate event that you do find products are missing, here's what you can do:

On Delivery:

The delivery boy will raise the issue with our customer support/admin so that the refund will immediately reflect in your My Wallet as equivalent points that can be used against future purchases at Barsana App.

After Delivery:

You can reach out to our Customer Care at info@sanjeevaniagrofoods.com or 135-4150929 and we will resolve this issue at the earliest.

The refund amount will be reflected in your My Wallet as equivalent points that can be used against future purchases at The Barsana app.

What products can be returned and when?

You can return your product(s) but the delivery fees would be incurred.

Please note the return time for items is 48 hours.

How will I get my delivery update status?

You will be informed of the status of your order by checking our "Your Orders" section.

Your person has come for delivery, but I am not at home. Now what?

You can inform your neighbors about the same and the order will be delivered to them. Alternatively, it can be left with your building security guard. At the time of delivery, we will reach out to you & if you are not available at the location we can reschedule if needed.

If my order is getting delayed, will I be informed?

Yes, You will receive a call from our team in case your order is delayed.

I will place an order at your store can they deliver to my home later?

Yes, you can place an order with the store & give your delivery instructions accordingly.

I want to pick up my online order from the store. Is that possible?

No, you cannot pick up online orders from the store. Our delivery personnel will deliver the orders directly to your doorstep!

How long does delivery take?

We can deliver the next day or within 3-7 days depending upon your location in Pan India.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order online, either on the app or on www.barsanamagic.com in your My Order section.
