How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account by sending a request over email to info@sanjeevaniagrofoods.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".

No, you cannot register at our stores. Registration is only online for online delivery.

Can I change my details at the store?

No, you cannot change your details at our store. This can only be done online via the website or app for online orders.

Can I have multiple phone numbers linked to one registration?

No, only one phone number can be linked to one customer.

Can there be multiple accounts for different members of my family but all have the same delivery address?

Yes, that is possible. However, each member will have to have a unique phone number to log in.

How can I change my password?

No password is required registration is based on OTP validation. You just need to login once.
